We’re an independent appliance repair service for homes across Derby and the villages nearby. We repair washing machines, dishwashers, fridge freezers, ovens, tumble dryers and cookers, and we show you the labour price before you’ve told us who you are.

Derby has spent three centuries making things, from the silk mill on the Derwent to the engines built in the south of the city. We think appliance repair deserves the same care: find the actual fault, fix it properly and explain what was done.
When a washing machine stops mid-cycle or the fridge goes warm, you want someone reliable who turns up, tests the appliance rather than guessing, and tells you plainly what’s wrong. That’s the job. Labour is priced before you book. Parts are priced before they’re fitted. And if the appliance isn’t worth repairing, we’ll say so.

Someone from the local team checks every request and gets in touch to agree the visit.
No part without a yes
If a part is needed, the engineer explains why and what it costs. Nothing is fitted until you agree.
Honest advice
When a new appliance makes more sense, we say so before you spend more. We’d rather lose a job than oversell one.

Tested at home. Priced before it’s fitted.
The same symptom can come from very different faults. Our engineers test the appliance at your home, show you what has failed and give you the price of the part before anything is fitted.
